A reflex arc can be defined as the normal pathway of nerve flow that has the ability to control reflex actions.

The mechanism of nerve flow in vertebrates is a bit complex where the sensor neurons go through synapse leading to the spinal cord.

At this time the skin receptor will get a stimuli to send messages to relay neuron and the motor neuron will send electrical messages to the effector due to which the player will move his hand.
