{\huge{\bold{\underline{\mathfrak{\orange{Refraction}}}}}}

✯The change in light when it passes from one medium to another medium obliquely , is called Refraction.

Cause - It is due to the change in speed of light when it comes from rarer to denser medium or denser to rarer medium.

✯Laws of Refraction:-•The incident Ray, refracted Ray and normal all lie on a same plane .

•The ratio of sin of angle of incidence and sin of angle of Refraction is constant for a given pair of media .

\large\sf\frac{sin \:  i}{sin \: r} = constant
