The Radius of curvature is the distance between the Centre of Curvature and the Pole of the spherical mirror. The centre of curvature is that point which is the centre of the imaginary sphere from which the spherical mirror has been taken out.

Similarly, the focal length is the distance between the Focus and the Pole of the spherical mirror. Focus is that point of the mirror where when light rays come parallel to the principal axis pass through...

So the relation between the RADIUS OF CURVATURE and the FOCAL LENGTH is that the Radius of Curvature is twice the Focal Length of the spherical mirror.
i.e.,
r = 2f \:  \\ or \\ f =  \frac{r}{2}
