The relation between focus and radius of curvature is..

R=2f

Focal length is half of radius of curvature

And...

A focal length of a lens is the distance between the centre of the lens and the point at which the reflected light, of a beam of light travelling parallel to the centre line, meets the centre line.

The radius of curvature is the radius of lens that forms a complete sphere.

The principal focus is the mid-point of the radius of curvature,i.e. R=2f,
