the liquid pressure increases with the increase in the depth

Pressure =force /area =f/a
Pressure=(mass*accelaration)/area

P=(density*volume)*(a) /area
P=density*accelaration*(volume/area)
P=density*accelaration*depth
Hence,
Pressure is directly proportional to depth
