ribosomes are attached on endoplasmic reticulum and the lysosomes are membrane bound vehicular structure formed by the process of packaging in Golgi apparatus number of protein synthesised by ribosomes on the endoplasmic reticulum are modified in the cisternae of the Golgi apparatus before they are released from it's trans face

The ER, Golgi apparatus, and lysosomes are all members of a network of membranes, but they are not continuous with one another. Therefore, the membrane lipids and proteins that are synthesized in the ER must be transported through the network to their final destination in membrane-bound vesicles.
