➨Relative motion means motion of one object compared to that of another object.

➨For example if uh are travelling in a train and the train is moving at a speed of 150km/hrs then ur speed according to another passenger sitting on that train is zero. According to him uh are not moving. But if someone observes uh from outside the train,standing on the ground,according to him uh are moving with 150km/hrs as uh are on the train and the train is moving with 150km/hrs.
