HEY FRND ☺☺↪⬇⬇YOUR SOLUTION WITG EXAMPLE ⬇☺
when \: a \: polynomial \: p(x) \: is \: divided \: by \: a \: \\ factor \: \\ ax + b \\ \: the \: remainder \: r(x) = p \binom{ - b}{a} \\ example = consider \: the \: polynomial \\ p(x) = x {5}^{2} + 3x {4}^{2} - x {2}^{} - 11x + 6 \\ use \: the \: remainder \: theorem \: to \: calculate \: the \: remainder \: when \: p(x) \: is \: divided \: by \: d(x) = x + 2 \\
step 1 =-b/a
-2/1=-2
calculate p=(-2)
putting in the place of x.
p (-2)=(-2)^5+3(-2)^4-(-2)^2-11 (-2)+6.
