Hey! 

Reproduction refers to the process of giving birth to a new one or producing copies. 

Reproduction can be classified into two types:

<> Sexual Reproduction - reproduction takes place with the help of the male and the female gametes.
Eg: reproduction in mammals and other animals. 

<> Asexual Reproduction - reproduction takes place with just one parent or gamete. 
Eg: budding, spore formation, vegetative reproduction

Reproduction :

Reproduction is the process by which new organism gets formed by either sexual or asexual process.

There are two types of reproduction :
1 ) Sexual Reproduction.
2) Asexual Reproduction.

Sexual reproduction consists union of gametes. These two gamates fusion are sperm and ovum.

Asexual reproduction consists no fusion of gametes as per itself parent cell differentiates into parts to form other ones.
