There is a provision of Indian constitution for a special system of reserved constituencies for weaker or those who are not able section in a society.Mostly,constituencies are reserved for people who belong to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.In Scheduled Castes reserved constituency only someone who belongs .
