reserved constituency is a constituency which is reserved for the weaker sections like scheduled tribes and scheduled castes in which the people of those sections have a place in electioThis system of Reserved Constituencies ( 84 seats for the Scheduled Castes and 47 for the Scheduled Tribes in Lok Sabha) makes our democracy a real representative democracy.

(b) The values of our Constitution makers highlighted in creating this policy is their desire to bring everyone in the society on the same platform. Hence, they advocated the value ‘equality for all’.n and are a victim of discrimination .
