resistance is a potential per unit of current
R= V/I

its factors are area of cross section and length of wire

Hey there,

Resistance is the property of a substance by which it resists the flow of current.

==================================

Theoretically, if you would look at factors affecting resistance you have take a look at 2 things-

FIRSTLY, By Ohm's law
Resistance is the ratio of Potential applied and Current flowing in the circuit.
R=V/I
So V and I affect the resistance in a circuit.

SECONDLY, if you look at physical parameters, we have another formula-
R=ρl/A
So resistance depends on the length and cross section area of the resistor.

There are few more factors like availability of valence electrons, temperature, mechanical stress and strain.

PLEASE MARK AS BRAINLIEST IF HELPFUL!!!
