hello!
- Entry of oxygen into blood to give energy to your body is known as respiration.
- Respiration is of two types.,
- Aerobic respiration - Respiration in the presence of oxygen. It releases more energy.occurs in higher organisms like humans.
- Anerobic respiration - This kind of respiration in the absence of oxygen. It releases less energy.Lactic acid is released at the end of respiration. This occurs in deeper muscles of higher organisms during fatigue and in lower organisms.

DEAR HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
■Respiration is the process in which organisms exchange gases betweentheir body cells and the environment. Respiration is the biochemical process in which the cells of an organism obtain energy by combining oxygen and glucose, resulting in the release of carbon dioxide, water, and ATP the currency of energy in cells(adenosine triphosphate )
■Types of Respiration Present in All Living Organisms: Anaerobic and Aerobic Respiration.
■Aerobic respiration is the process by which cells that do not breathe oxygen liberate energy from fuel to power their life functions.
■Anaerobic respiration is a process in which organisms produce energy in absence of oxygen.
