Hey there your answer

In most green frocks sunlight penetrates through the skin to the little mirrors in the iridophores. The Light that reflects back is blue. The layers of the pigment cell can alter the colour of the frog skin from bright green to dark brown. This talent help frocks in blend with its environment.
