Rest mean the Living or Even Non-Living things which is in Rest but if we say that only Non-Living things then also it will be correct because When a Living person is sleeping but still He/She is in Motion because they Breathe and it's a type Of Motion. It's all about Rest and this is about Motion

Motion Means that the object who is moving like We (Humans):-

We are Blinking,Breathing,Moving etc we're doing some work.
