According to the theory of relativity, it is said that an object is "at rest relative to" another. Two or more than two objects are said to be at rest, if its position with respect to each other is not changing or moving with uniform velocity with respect to each other; rest and motion are relative terms.

HELLO MATE

UR ANSWER :-

REST - WHEN A BODY DOES NOT CHANGES IT'S POSITION WITH RESPECT TO TIME THEN THE BODY IS SAID TO BE IN REST.

MOTION - WHEN A BODY CHANGS IT'S POSITION WITH RESPECT TO TIME THEN THE BODY IS SAID TO BE IN MOTION .
