Rhyme scheme is a poet's deliberate pattern of lines that rhyme with other lines in a poem or a stanza. The rhyme scheme, or pattern, can be identified by giving end words that rhyme with each other the same letter.
..

I have attached a poem fr you to understand rhyme scheme really well..
The rhyming words at the end each line are given d same letters, the moment the rhyming sound of the word changes, the letter changes too.. :)

for eg: another attachment is given :)
