right to information act of 2005 mandates timely responce to the citizens request for government information. it is an initiative taken by department of personnel and training, ministry of personnel , public grievances and pensions to provide a RTI portal gateway to the citizens for quick search of information on the detail of first appellate authorities , PIO etc.

It is a fundamental right given to all the people by the government.we can know all the queries about the success and failure of government programs.it also related with freedom of speech and expression and right to education.
