1) Root pressure:-When huge amount of water is absorbed through the roots of plants and water is losed in the form of small droplets from the hydathodes of the leaves and the process is known as guttation.
2)Transpiration pull:-It is type of suction pull created by transpiration when there is conduction of water through whole plant body.i.e.Water is absorbed by the roots and gets evaporates in the form of water vapours from plant.This helps in the conduction of water and minerals by the xylem tissue.
3)Translocation:-It is the transport of food stored in the form of starch by the phloem tissue from leaves to all parts of the plant body.This is also the chief function of phloem tissue.
