what is RTI act in which year it is implemented??

Hey there!!!

RTI is the "Right To Information " act.
It was passed on 15th June,2005.
It came into force on 12th October,2005.
The act says that any citizen of India may request information from a public authority which is necessary to reply expeditiously or within thirty days.
