Rule of law is a legal concept which means that when laws are broken, punishment or compensation must be according to law and not on outside criteria or on personal basis. Rule of Law signifies that in a Country it is the laid down law, which is the governing force and not the will of a person or a group.

Answer:

Rule of Law implies that no person should be arrested, detained or imprisoned without a proper and fair trial in a court of law. ... Administrative Law, on the other hand, means that government officials should be tried byAdministrative Law. But now thedistinction between the two is fading away.
