saliva is a liquid secreted by salivary gland ,in the form of salivery amylase providing lubrication for chewing and swallowing.

it imulsify the food and makes easy to digest

Saliva is a substance secrete from salivary glands which contains an enzyme known as saliva amylase it breakdown the starch and make the food slipery to enter in oesophagus
