Salt Satyagraha was a movement started by father of our nation called Mahatma Gandhi ji.
Actually , this was started because at the time of British rular. they increased more taxes for common salt.
So, in place of paying taxes all people walked to Dandi from Sabarmati Asramam to prepare there on salt.
