☺ Hello mate__ ❤

◾◾here is your answer.

✒Soap does not much useful when the water is hard.

✒Scum formation:--

1) A soap contain sodium or potassium salt of long chain fatty acids. Hard water contains salts of calcium and magnesium.

2)When soap is mix with hard water, calcium and magnesium ions present in water replace by sodium or potassium ions from the soap molecules forming an insoluble substance called scum.

✒ A lot of soap is wasted in the process.
