Vector :

Example :

Velocity .

Displacement.

Scaler :

A physical quantity which has magnitude but not direction is known as Scaler.

Example :

Speed.

Distance.

Scalar quantity is the quantity which defines only magnitude.ex distance

Vector quantity is a quantity which defines both magnitude and direction ex displacement
