In my opinion, science is not based on facts or general preferences but is based on the evidence one gathers for a statement. The most improtant aspect of the same is the scientific yet natural processes that we understand through science which makes it necessary for proof to be there.

In conclusion, I think that science is based on evidence, research and methodical experiments..
