Seasonal unemployement is people are not able to find jobs during some months, people who depend on agriculture generally face these problems, certain months they will be busy and certain months not much work people in rural areas face this mostly. Disguised unemployment is when more number of people working though not needed, extra peoples work does not add to the contribution made by others, the extras are disguised unemployed , usually happens among family members, engaged in agricultural activities.
