Secularism is the dissociation of government institutions from any affiliation to religious institutions and religious dignitaries. The workers holding offices in these institutions are not supposed to be inclined to any religion whatsoever in offering their services. It advocates for the government workers to avoid prejudice or being discriminative to people on the basis of religion .
