Palampur is well connected with the adjacent villages and towns. All the houses in Palampur have electricity. Electricity is also available for operating tube wells for irrigating the fields. Palampur also has access to education. It has two primary schools and a high school. It is also equipped with a government health centre and a dispensary for treating the sick.It has all weather roads which can also be used in rainy season! So, because of all these facilities in this village it is called a well suficient village!
