reproduction is a biological process.
it is an important characteristic of all living organisms because the living ones are differentiated from the nonliving materials due to their capacity of reproduction. The living organisms give rise to young ones similar to themselves

✴️ in sexual reproduction one or two individual are used which have male and female reproductive organs if only one is used then it must possess is both male and female reproductive organs such animals are called by sexual or hermaphrodite.

✴️ but in most of the animals male and female individuals are separate that is they are unisexual.


✴️ in case of sexual reproduction the offspring new individual or not the carbon copy of their parents hence they are not the clones they can better be called as hybrids.

✴️ the most striking feature of sexual reproduction is the production of specialised haploid cells called gamets one gamut which is Immortal and contain store called ovum and the other which is motile and contain less or no reserved food is called male gamets sperm.

✴️ this type of reproduction, essentially involved to individuals both individuals produced specialised cells called chemists the gametes undergo fertilization to produce new organisms the new individuals are not exactly the carbon copy of their parents such new individuals are called hybrids.
