Explanation:

In this two gametes are involved i.e.male gametes and female gametes which fused to form zygote and further embryo develops in the womb of mother. This is known as sexual reproduction in animals.

whereas sexual reproduction in plants occurs in flowers only where male gametes i.e. stamen in which contains the pores and female gametes are in ovary present in pistil get fuse through style and stigma. This is known as reproduction in plants.
