Sexual of reproduction is that mode of reproduction in which two different sexes participate (male and female). Germ cells of both sexes combile to form a zygote. In asexual reproduction, no involvement of another sex takes place therefore no variations are produced. On the other hand, in sexual reproduction, characteristics of both parents are obtained as result variations are produced. Variations results in evolution.
