According to the biology the reproduction is regarded as the process of producing the young one of their own kind . And this reproduction is again divided into two broad categories :-

1). Asexual reproduction :- It is the process in which only one sex cell is involved and there is no fusion of the male or female sex cells (gametes) .

Ex : bacteria , amoeba , yeast , etc

2) Sexual reproduction :- It is reproduction in which two or more parents cells are involved and there is fusion of the male and female sex gametes

Ex : rabbit , human , and in many other mammals , etc
