Fundamental Rights are necessary for the development of an individual. The Fundamental Rights protect us everyday from discrimination in public transport, restaurants, cinemas and other public places. Fundamental Rights help us to practice our religion without any fear and discrimination.
Fundamental rights provide us equal opportunity to earn our livelihood. Fundamental Rights protect us from unwanted arrests and oppression from the state. They provide us to express ourselves fully and move and live in any part of the country(exceptions). They provide us to fight the injustice of the state.
