Amoebas are common soil organisms that have the same basic organization as human cells. They are much larger and more complex than the bacteria that also live in the soil. Scientist found that both types of bacteria alter the structure of the fruiting bodies in ways that reduce how well the spores disperse.
Amoeba is the eukaryotic organism whereas on the other hand bacteria is a prokaryotic organism. Amoeba has no definite form or shape, but the bacteria is a simple prokaryotic microorganism having the extremely small shape. Bacteria lack nuclei, and when it comes to amoeba, it has one or more nuclei in it.
