➡Friction ⬅
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

◾What is frictional Force ?

⭐It is the opposive force that comes to play when one body moves or tends to move over the surface of another body . It is a contract force that always acts opposite to the direction of motion.

◾Types of Frictional Force :
=========================

✔Static Friction
================

➡It is the Opposing force that comes to play when one body tends to move over the surface of another body but the actual motion has not yet started .

⭐Example : Moving a car at rest .

✔Sliding Friction :
=================

➡It is the Opposing force that comes to play when one body is actually sliding over the surface of another body .

⭐Example : A moving car .

Answer :

★ Sliding friction : The force of friction acting between the two surfaces when one of them just slides over the another surface with a uniform speed is called sliding friction.

Example : Rubbing both hands to create heat

★ Static friction : When we apply a force on a body to make it move and it does not move the force applied is balanced by the force of friction. Such force of friction is called static friction.

Example : A photograph on the showcase
