Soil conservation is a methodology to maintain soil fertility, prevent soil erosion, exhaustion, desertification and to restore the degraded soil characteristics such as moisture holding capacity, humus content, and other nutrients.

Some of measures to conserve soil:1). Checking faulty practices:a).
