soil erosion is a process in which the top layer of soil is washed away with water or bolwn away with air.....
this process decreases the humus level of soil because top layer contains humus hai are fertile...

The denudation of the soil cover and subsequent washing down is called soil erosion .
This is due to
1 running water cuts through the clayey soil .
2. deforestation .
3. reckless felling of trees .
4 . overgrazing destroy the vegetation which provides protective cover to the soil .
