the running water cuts through the clay soils and mix deep channel at the Gullies. the land becomes unfit for cultivation .
in dry and Sandy areas wind is the main cause of soil erosion . exposed loose Sandy soil top soil is easily blown away by wind and deposit in the other areas .
deforestation in particular leads to the frequency of floods which cause extensive damage to our soils .
