Soil Erosion

Soil Erosion is a gradual process of wearing away of the upper layer of the soil ( topsoil ) by the impact of water, wind and other agents of Soil Erosion.

Preventive Measures

  • Plant tress on barren lands.
  • Having Proper Drainage System.
  • Implementation of Terrace Farming.
  • Traditional Planting Methods and Crop Rotation are also helpful.
