Sole proprietorship or sole trading business is a type of business which is run by a single person.
That means there is no difference between the owner and the business entity in this respect.
Though the sole trader can employ someone to assist in the trade or business but by no means they will be held responsible for the ups and downs of the business or they will not be held responsible for paying the debts.
The sole trader having unlimited liability will only be compelled to pay them.
