Solubility of a solid in another solid is very low or negligible. You cant dissolve a solid in another solid you can mix them.
The difference between mixing and dissolving is that in mixing you simpky just mix two or more solids together and can separate them by physical method but when u dissolve them the atoms of solute go to the intermolecular space between the atoms of solvent.

consider two solids are mixed together,if you can't separate it, it's called solution..
if can separate partially, it's called partial solution..
and about solubility, in first case solubility is more than second one.. because you can't separate..
