Hello!!.

____________________________________________

Sound is a form of energy which gives human a sensation of hearing.

The S.I. unit of sound is Hertz. It is produced due to vibration of object. It always travel in straight line.

The audible range of sound for a human being is 20 hz - 20,000 hertz. The frequency below 20 hz and more than 20,000 hz is unable to listen for human being, that's why, it is called as Inaudible sound.

Light.....

It is a form of Energy which gives us sensation of Vision. It is a composition of 7 colour.
Violet
Indigo
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Red.

Object that emit their own light is called as Luminous object.

whereas, Object that doesn't emit their own light is called Non- Luminious object.

Due to presence of light, We are able to see any object. without light any one can't think about a second. Object are visible to us due to reflection of light.

Sound is a vibration that typically propagates as an audible wave of pressure, through a transmission medium such as a gas, liquid or solid.Humans can only hear sound waves as distinct pitches when the frequency lies between about 20 Hz and 20 kHz.

Sound is produced when something vibrates. The vibrating body causes the medium (water, air, etc.) around it to vibrate. Vibrations in air are called traveling longitudinal waves, which we can hear. Sound waves consist of areas of high and low pressure called compressions and rarefactions, respectively.

SI Unit is decibel.

Light refers to electromagnetic radiation of any wavelength, whether visible or not. In this sense, gamma rays, X-rays, microwaves and radio waves are also light. The absorbed energy of the EM waves is called a photon, and represents the quanta of light.

Light is a transverse, electromagnetic wave that can be seen by the typical human. The wave nature of light was first illustrated through experiments on diffraction and interference. Like all electromagnetic waves, light can travel through a vacuum.
