✴✴HEY MATE
Sound is energy which makes us hear through our ears.
Ultrasound is type of sound energy whose frequency ranges from 20 hertz to 20,000hertz. We can't hear these types of sound.
Only some animals like bat and elephants can use and hear ultrasound.

HEY MATE HERE'S YOUR ANSWER!

A sound is a form of energy, just like electricity and light. A sound is made when air molecules vibrate and move in a pattern called waves, or sound waves. ... That action produces sound waves, which travel to your ears and then to your brain, which says, “I recognize that sound.”

The term "ultrasonic" applied to sound refers to anything above the frequencies of audible sound, and nominally includes anything over 20,000 Hz. ... Much higher frequencies, in the range 1-20 MHz, are used for medical ultrasound. Such sounds are produced by ultrasonic transducers.

Ultrasound is used to create images of soft tissue structures, such as the gallbladder, liver, kidneys, pancreas, bladder, and other organs and parts of the body. Ultrasound can also measure the flow of blood in the arteries todetect blockages. Ultrasound testing is safe and easy to perform.
