Sol: Speciation is an event that splits a population by evolutionary means into two independent species which cannot reproduce among themselves. Speciation occurs when a population exhibits a continuous change due to changes in the environment. These unit changes get accumulated over a period of time in a section of population which slowly alter the individual's structure and functions to give rise to a new species. There are two types of speciation namely allopatric speciation and sympatric speciation.  New species which arise due to speciation do not interbreed with parents.Individuals of a species if geographically isolated in a new environment, they grow into new species by developing some adaptations

Formation of new species of plants and animals is the effect of evolution.Species is the group of organisms that can produce fertile individuals thorugh natural reproduction. Each species grows in specific geographical conditions.Their food, habitat,

reproductive ability is diff. However genetic variations r responsible for formatn of new species from earlier one.besides geographical and repeoductive changes are also responsible.Similarly, Geographical or reproductive isloation also leads to speciation
