Spores are the vegetative structures of some micro organisms. an example of such an organism are penicillium (conidiospores). Spores are mainly formed by cell division.


kalyan16: No,in spore formation the parent plant produce 100s of microscopic reproductive units called spores.when the spore case of the plant bursts,then the spores spread in to air.when these air -borne spores land on food (or soil) under favourable conditions ( like damp and warm conditions ),they germinate and produce new cells
