Spore formation is a method of asexual reproduction which is found in non flowering plants such as fungi (Rhizopus) and bacteria. In this method of reproduction, the parent plant produces hundreds of tiny spores which can grow into new plants.

in spore formation , the parent plant produces hundreds of microscopic reproduction units called spores. when the spore case of the plant bursts , then the spores spread into air .
when these air borne spores land on food under favourable condition , they germinate and produce new plant.
