Spore formation is a type of asexual reproduction in Plants. In this type if formation spores are released they keep floating in air. They are light in weight so they can cover long distances. They have a hard protective coat withstand unfavorable conditions. So they can survive fir a long time. In favourable conditions a Spore germinate and develops into an individual.
