a modified leaf that bears sporangia is called sporophyll. 

historical examples

the sporophyll was radiantly extended , and along it the large sausage shaped sporangia was attached.

Sporangia are the spores mostly found on the leaves for reproduction.
U can see the back side of the fern plant it has brown spots over it that is SpOrophyll is a leaf that bears sporangia.
