What is starfish ? It is viviparous or a oviparous

Starfish are oviparous, but at the same time they are not. ... Although they do not lay traditional eggs, they do something called broadcast spawning where they release eggs or sperm into the water, usually in a group of starfish so the sex cells have a better chance of finding each other.
